Access to the phd study

As a standard requirement a Danish master degree or equivalent is required for all PhD students at the Technical Doctoral School of IT and Design (120 ECTS points). For applicants from universities that does not apply the Bologna Declaration, the educational level will be checked.

Other forms of enrollment requires external funding from governmental institutions, private funding or employement in an organization located in Denmark.

The application for enrollment is found here. Only apply this if you have not applied for a vacant stipend. Note that if you wish to apply for a merit (credit transfer) this must be done no later than 1 month prior to the requested enrollment date.
